Rainbow grenade build using payload for double activation

When GGG allows us to stack the same support at 0.3.0.

Couldn't we stick: Payload for double activation, Scatter for extra grenades, Concentrated effect, Primal Armament, Elemental focus, etc...

And then we rotate between grenade types, so we negate the cooldown downside?

Any thoughts on this?

Lower movement speed penalty as much as possible, lot of attack speed and temporalis will make this thing hilarious.
