RTX 5070 FPS DROPS & Shader cache issue

No matter what ive tried or done I couldnt fix the issue. So, the issue is when the shader increases rapidly then im having insta fps drops from 160 fps to 51-59-80 fps. I rly help on this dunno what settings or what to do.
