No reward after clearing Valdo T17 Unholy Clearing, Beach Map (Foil Progenesis)

A first screenshot with the full stats of the map:



As you can see on this second screenshot (with the bug number), 0 monsters remaining, and on the top left, the only abyss that had to be completed:



It seems the Abyss led to a Stygian Spire instead of an Abyssal Trove. Is it possible that I somehow failed this abyss ? If yes, what does "fail" mean in this context, and how could it occur ?

Otherwise please I want my hard-earned Foil Progenesis (or my 46 Divine Orbs back) ! :)

GGG does not return items lost due to bugs. No exceptions.

There's probably a few hundred bug reports with Valdo's abyss maps not completing at this point since the introduction of Valdo's maps. No official response from GGG yet for a fix. If you run anymore in the future, my best suggestion is to avoid the abyss ones.

My conclusion exactly, after reading more messages about it.
The best explanation is still that I somehow failed the abyss, in which case I would like to know how.
And the refund request was a joke, I know GGG policy and they are right not to open Pandora's box about it ;)
