Advice with build.

Hi everyone

First I do apologize if this is the wrong section for this kind of thing.

I decided to sell all my previous builds gear and make a build with it all.
Been looking into a blade vortex build and had some help with other fellow players but my issue is the lack of damage.

I have spent quite amount of currency on this character and by far the weakest atm lol.

I wanted a gull farmer build but hasn't worked.(Power charge stackingish)
