I killed the Nightmare of Shavronne in the Abomination map boss fight and it somehow respawned immediately after it died. After killing it a second time the Nightmare of the Depraved Trinity joined the fight while the Nightmare of Maligaro and the Nightmare of Doedre were still alive.
