Harvest plot chances

is it possible to raise the chances of getting more than 3 plots? even with the bumper crop node on the Atlas tree, I just ran 10 maps in a row and got a 3 plot every time. This is a rip map when your running crop rotation. Doubling scarabs at at least 20c a piece down the drain every time.
This is also why ill never run the cornicopia scarab at 60c a pop, would be wasting 80c every time.
I've never dared to run the scarab of awakening ss spending almost 2 div then rolling a 3 plot.
I feel like the Bumper crop node should guarantee a 4 plot minimum.
getting constant 3 plots makes me never want to run harvest.
