Lost Access to a Game I Purchased

Hello,
I’m writing because I no longer have access to POE2. When I try to launch it, I get a message saying that I don’t have access, even though I have more than 28 hours of playtime on it. It has been a while since I last played, as I was waiting for new updates, but now I simply can’t play at all. Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can access the game again? It's worth noting that they can only help if you bought the game from them directly. If you bought it elsewhere - e.g. on Steam, or a third-party marketplace - you would need to reach out to that website for assistance. Typically if you bought from a stranger on a marketplace things don't end well.
