Altar of Ascension not working

Trying to respec my ascendancy.

1) Removed all points (on start game is telling me You have logged to character, who has no ascendancy points allocated).
2) for 4 times (3 times sechemas, 1 time chaos) completed the trials

but cannot change ascendancy
Altar is "OFFLINE"
