Orb of Chance and the SC Trade Legends
Greetings! I am very disappointed in what is being done to Orb of Chance. Some items take over 100 to get. Some you don't even get after 100. While this may be OK for items too good - like the Palm of the Dreamer Shrine Sceptre, I don't believe that getting some unique, which may only help you till you are level 50-60 or 80 should be nearly impossible to get.
Back story... I only play HC SSF and it is fine for me to not plan what I am going to play, but rather build around what drops or what is being lottery crafted. This is fine and typical for the mode. In fact, I would rather add ruthless to the mix, when it comes out, to get rid of the loot explosions in late endgame, especially in expedition logbooks, because you fight it 2-3 min, then loot it half an hour... This is not good. It bothers me that some items I only heard about from my stream viewers, who play softcore trade, after me playing about 2 500 hours. Some items are truly becoming softcore trade legends we only hear about, but never see to prove right. It feels like this will only be OK, if there is Harbigners and hence Ancient Orb like in PoE 1. At least let us reforge uniques from one to another. Then this orb of chance nerf would make more sense. I am sure I am not alone in this. Thanks for reading. Cheers! HC SSF. What else?
