Orb of alteration and Orb of scouring would smooth out some of the pain points of early endgame

After playing POE 1 in the new season and getting to use Orb of Alteration and Orb of Scouring, I have to say. They help a lot in getting some usable gear in the early endgame compared to praying for a good drop off the floor. Furthermore, the Orb of Scouring also really helps with getting crafting bases for the endgame. So please, GGG add the two
