currency going missing in stash tab

was going to trade and noticed my 2 divine orbs are missing from stash tab. i am 100% sure i didnt use them on any gear. is this a bug? and if so i feel ggg should at the bare minimum explain how this could happen. or if anyone else has expirenced this. dosnt seem like much but this is a small fortune to me.
