Midnight Bargain (Wand) draining mana

Not sure whether this is intended or not.
Wanted to use this while leveling for a bit but noticed it heavily draining my mana while equipped.
It isn't stated on the weapon itself and the poewiki also doesn't mention it.
It ONLY drains my mana while equipped, other weapons dont cause this.

You have "The Agnostic" keystone allocated.

Midnight Bargain reserves Life. Because you have reserved Life, you're no longer at Full Life--so The Agnostic is draining your Mana to provide Life recovery.
