If you bought the game from GGG directly, they'll respond to your email as soon as possible.
If you made the purchase elsewhere (e.g. on Steam), you would need to reach out to that platform for assistance with purchaces placed there. GGG can only help if you bought the game from them. |

This is the wrong section for this question. This section is for POE1 and game play. You need the help section and early access for POE 2. On the forum they will just ask you to email them, which is what you have already done. So you can only wait for a slow response.
As above, if you bought directly from GGG you are doing the correct thing. If you brought through someone else, like steam, you may need to contact them. I would suggest being as thorough as possible with all the information in the email, otherwise the communication to getting an answer may extend by them asking you to provide further information. It's also been mentioned on the help forum, that if you email them again while waiting, you go to the back of the queue. Which is absurd if true, but perhaps something to keep in mind.
