Found a solution to the sound problem!!!

Press the "Reset Audio Levels" button in the display, then you can adjust the volume as you wish.

Act 5 stopped freezing, and then it freezes

turn off the general sound in the game the problem seems to have disappeared completely
|

on Ps4 pro the problem disappeared, I play without sound, even skills for projectiles that were lagging stopped lagging
