Purchase issue

Grinding gear i would love to get back into the poe2 saddle so i would love this issue to be resolved: my issue summarised

I originally bought the game on psn; mtx went to steam sub account Rileyy#3047

They no longer even showed

Got refund from psn.

Now;

I want to repurchase on ps5

Mtx still show on steam account, but show a playstation logo with “1000” by it. My steam account is rileyy#3047

The king of faridun pack also shows in my mtx transactions on the same account.

I should not have these as i got a refund.

But my original intended account to get these is rileybde#9932

Which is my ps5 account.

So if i rebuy, do i risk my account being banned for
the original refund, because i refunded and i do not want my account to be affected because i still have the mtx on another account associated with my ps5 (my steam sub account) so i want to have all the benefits of this pack removed as it still shows on my transactions and in my points on my steam account, but next to a psn logo.


MASSIVE EMPHASIS: i got a refund from sony months ago, so on the steam account despite being wrong account I shouldn’t see the items or currency there. I wanted to sort this before i rebuy on playstation.

Sorry to spam but is there any progress on my issue as its been 2-3 days of nothing other than being told to wait.
They don’t discuss the status of tickets on the forum.





It’s worth noting that if you’ve been sending similar emails, each one will be resetting your ticket’s position in the queue - tickets pending staff input are ordered based on the date of the last update.
