It is impressive how abysmal my experience has been this league due to server connection issues

I honestly do not understand why this is allowed to be such a persistent problem. MY entire time this league I have had to fight not only fucking monsters but also the ever present ping spikes.

is there a way i can play league content offline?? or migrate a league character to offline??? id rather play offline ssf than deal with this shit anymore.

I mean offline isn't possible because most of the calculations and generated instances are done server side for GGG. It's the reason why you can have some online only games be made available offline, because you can redirect the authentication local and bypass the server login.

PoE doesn't allow this, as the calculations being used aren't known, so verifying the server offline wouldn't be possible. You can't run it locally, it would literally require an entire rework of the game engine in order to do so and that's not going to happen.

Sorry to hear you have issues. I know it's something that has happened to a lot of players, but one of the drawbacks of live service games for some. Hope it gets better!

offline mode is possible in pretty much everygame, might not be very enjoyable in every game like MMO's where teamwork is necessary for big raids.

but poe is not one of those games where an offline mode would suffer from players enjoyment, offline mode might be hard to create but its defeinitely possible even for this complex game.
