I'm a bit lost since I redeemed my key

Hi guys, I just redeemed a key on the website which led me to a message like (I should have screen it, I don't remember it well) "You are about to redeem poe 2 steam key, poe 2, poe 2" I clicked on redeem and then nothing happened.
My key isn't working anymore, did I miss something ? Last bumped on Aug 11, 2025, 10:34:45 AM
