MTX selling policy

Hello guys, hopes you have a good day!

I would like to touch on the topic of Mtx refund and detailed information before purchase - for example, how many and what actions need to be done to unlock a particular item level.

For example, I bought a Scintillation Body Armour over the weekend - and I have no idea what exactly I should do to open the second level... I refunded this armor and another one because of the annoying effects of snow on the screen - but the next time I requested the return of Coral Crustacean Body Armour for some reason (a visual error with a certain item and that I didn't notice that the price of parts of the set was equal to the full cost of the entire set, excluding the discount), I was refused.

Ok, my next question was what I should do to unlock the levels of the Glorious Helmet that I want to buy, they just throw me a link to the product in the store... I would really prefer to have some understanding and clear rules about all this.

I don't want to be afraid to click the purchase button and spend my money for pleasure with the opportunity to receive complete and reliable information about the product and make refunds - am I asking a lot or am I wrong?

This discourages not only the desire to play, but also to donate money to the game - which harms your own earnings, I do not understand this. Thank you.

I'm sorry, but when I go under any mtx video, I very often see comments with misunderstandings of one kind or another - and we, the players, have to buy a pig in a poke - I think this is not just my opinion, and this is probably the reason why you losing your loyal audience. including me. I like making donations in the game, but I want to know what I'm paying for, and at least be able to get the money back-at least within an hour, like it was in WOW with transmogs. I know you want to earn as much as possible, but I would donate a lot more if I knew what I was spending my wallet on. I think that's fair, and I bet you know I'm right.

With the Glorious helmet you have to buy the variants to use each one if thats what you're asking.



They tell you if there is variations or not.



Same with Scintillation Body Armour you have to purchase the variants if you want to use those. You pick the one you want and purchase it.

for people who wondering: the kill streak thresholds for the Glorious Helmets would be 0, 20, 50, and 100. I dont know why you guys didnt text it in description and sends me links to shop. That means that helmet doesnt work in towns. Armour has 2 levels, one of them as default - second one didnt opens even with 75% ele res. How to open it? No clue.

This is details - my point is that info should to be in official description to clarify the items people wants to buy, and test period for mtx - thats all. Hopes Chris Wilson will see that, but i sure he knows - i remember when i asked about levels of bloodsoaked effect in blood pack - and was pulling this information through support in the same way:
T1: 1000 kills
T2: 10000 kills
T3: 100000 kills
T4: 500000 kills
T5: 1000000 kills

And ofc refund for items with no info is not guaranteed. Pay and pray that you understand how it works.

And I got the impression that ALL support don't understand what I'm asking about - they just don't have this information - and they have to clarify it in some other department.

Like an example: You come to the store, and instead of the expiration date and composition, a contented smiling cow is simply painted on the milk carton. Well, thank you, of course - but I would like something more. And if there's soy in milk, for example, and you're allergic to it, well, that's life. And refund is not always an option - "case to case". How it will be for you? Who knows...

Just make clear rules - its not that hard for that small company like GGG. \

And the most interesting thing is that they losing a profit, I say this as a marketer. People are afraid to buy a pig in a poke. Personally, I can get very upset and quit the game for a few months after a bad skin purchase. The desire to buy is decreasing 100%.

sad to hear that, it seems that there is no hope for a clear and reasonable dialogue with someone from the company, and not a prepared messages copied everytime in the support email.
