Sacred Grove didn't spawn

I've been running harvest for making currency and I did a canyon map just now where despite having sacred grove in every map before this, this one didn't spawn.
I have "This area contains the Sacred Grove" on my atlas passives tree. No clue why.

Same thing just happened to me. All my atlases have all harvest nodes allocated, and I've had no problems until today. All of sudden, no harvest.
