King of the mist (or who is it) did not appear after 4th ritual in campain

I went strait further in campain after killing cemetery boss, without giving the quest ring to lady (what was the name) and then strait to Freythorn. After completing 4 rituals, boss did not appear, but portals button said it is a boss fight. I have a screenshot.
