Improvements on Heist and Einhar

i would really appreciate 2 things:

1. Improve Heist, especially Blueprints. They are so damn click intensive just to be able to run them, its crazy. 6 clicks per wing is just not cool, and that not even counts every click. I would appreciate some templates we can activate, where we preselect the rogues we want to use per Type (Lockpicking, Deception,...). Then we either skip the Planning room completely or just say "Fill rogues with template".

2. Einhar really needs some love. I mean he even lost the one he loved. Seriously tho. I love farming beasts, but i always get big FOMO because of the poor UI. It feels like it didnt receive any improvements since forever.
