Support told me it was a message from the reliquary.
I started with POE2, so I don't know what this message is intended to mean.
The support team replied that it was the intended message.
Could any veteran players please explain?

The problem itself was due to a function in POE2.

Iirc, you could (or can) pay a large sum of money (in the high hundreds) to put a reliquary key with a custom message into the game.
So what you're seeing is a person who paid a lot of money to display this message to you.

I also contacted support and received the same answer.
I was confused because this is a feature that hasn't been available in any games I've played before.
