Messages from unknown senders

I previously reported that a message that doesn't appear during normal gameplay was displayed during gameplay, and BenMH_GGG#0000 simply replied that he had reported it to the relevant team.

Is it possible that the relevant team will let us know the outcome?

The text was the same color as the game's messages, so I'm unsure how it was displayed.

If you were unable to see the message, please let us know. It shows that such messages are being sent without the game's knowledge.

I would also like to know if this has been addressed in an update.

Can I play a game safely when you can freely send messages by impersonating the game's system?

The message was as follows:

Translated as

Hello, I'm an exile. I need 500 Mirror of Kalandra to board the ship and defeat Super Cyrus. If you see this message, please privately send a donation to anyone who possesses this item!
Once you succeed, I will make you King of Oriath!!!


What is the point? I have no idea.
Furthermore, I'm playing the Japanese version, and I couldn't find any indication of this language in the game.

So there's a feature that lets you send text messages. Sorry for my ignorance.

This problem has been solved.

However, I don't understand what this feature is for.
