PoE 2 Char Muted

I have a feeling I know why, I have all my gems listed for trade, one is a lvl 11 spirit. someone requested, I thought I had 2 and invited them and didn't realize until they got to my hide out that it was the one I was sitting on for low level int spirit gems. I gotta believe they reported me.

Is there any way to get that lifted? It was truly an honest mistake.

If you'd like to appeal your account being muted, email support@grindinggear.com and they'll look into it for you. Though, I'd be somewhat surprised if you were issued a chat ban for something other than the messages you sent in chat. But hey, send an email and like I said, staff will look into it.

hmm, its possible but i certainly haven't cursed AT someone or called a name or something. Either way, Thank you for the guidance! Should I delete the thread to remove clutter?
