sound effects quit working on console

Not the OP, but im having the same issue (Ps4, original "fat" model).

Now random sound effects seems to stop working altogether randomly, from skill sounds to monster sounds, even when in hideout.

Whatever was done seems to have reduced te crashes to a playable state, those are now situational, maybe one every few hours, bad but manageable. Althought now there are lag spikes instead of crashes when certain monsters/sound effects apppear.

Im having the same issue on xbox one.
