blink arrow and mirror arrow clones do not use the planetary orbs mtx bug

the blink and mirror arrow clones don't use the planetary orb mtx for power/frenzy/endurance charges but copy all of my other equipped mtx as well as other character effects that I own, just not the planetary orbs character effect.

therefore, this is surely a bug. my original reasoning for buying the planetary orb mtx was to be able to see more clearly through the visual clutter how well my clones were able to gain and use charges, but since it doesn't work i'm a little sad since I feel that it definitely should work considering every other mtx works just fine. I see no reason why this one specifically shouldn't work.
