Bug Report ID: #3245785683 - Enduring Cry and Charge Mastery Node Problems

Hi guys,

so I am currently playing a Jugg in the Gauntlet and I am using Enduring Cry and sometimes I am standing inside of 30 Mobs with 1 Endurance Charge, press Endurance Charge and do NOT get ANY endurance charges with a level 19 enduring cry gem. Something seems off there. Most of the times it works, but alot of times it does absolutely nothing, which seems wrong.

Another issue I came up against is, I am using the Charge Mastery Node "Nearby enemies cannot gain Power, Frenzy or Endurance Charges" and every time I am nearby a mob, these charges do not instantly disappear how I think they should, but instead they are still visually on the mob for a VERY LONG time, like at least 5-10s and then sometimes they disappear.

Maybe you can have a look into both of these, cause I feel something is off on both of these.
