Harvest GUI not showing correct crops

Happened few times while running crop rotation,
It also happens with T3 crops , it shows one number , but in the end there's more, If you have left with 2 last harvestable crops of the same colour, it will update the last one after completing the other one.
Seems like GUI isn't updating correctly.
Will try to capture more ss if needed.
