Can't Authenticate - Bug 2400075276

Login to website fine (obviously) but trying to authenticate in game with steam or email and the window crashes. No warning, just a "Attempting to Authenticate..."

Tried different clients and different systems, all the same result.

Tried a new account and the new account works, therefore it is something with my account on the other end.

I checked the forums.
I emailed.
The answer I got was "check the forums and make a post"

Apparently Chris took the good customer service with him when he left... this is ridiculous...

How many times does this need to get blown up before it's looked at?

Give me access to the server and I'll fix it myself...

Looks like someone at GGG decided to change one of my toon's names. Still can't get in.
