Audio Issues on Xbox HCSSF Gauntlet

The only audio playing is the ambient noise and the voiceover character for my build. I cannot hear any enemies, loot drops, or in-game actions such as leveling up. I can listen to the voiceover when I interact with items such as stones. I cannot hear my attacks. I have checked the audio setting under options.

I have decided to uninstall the game, restart my console, clear the cache, and reinstall the game.

UPDATE: The first couple of minutes when I surfaced on shore the audio was perfect. I heard the gem drop. The animation of the first zombie and lone survivor, however, once I begin to kill other zombies the audio ceased. I am going to restart my console again. If the audio issues continue, then I will not play PoE.

I am having the same issue on my xbox one.
