can we get frenzy of onslaught as enabled for unarmed attacks?

When frenzy was both a melee and a ranged skill, it was available for unarmed making hollow palm and facebreakers build extremely fun. Since frenzy of onslaught is now the only melee version, the fact that it now requires a melee weapon and is not capable of being an unarmed skill made it much worse from the standpoint of ppl that actually enjoy unarmed builds. Is it possible to get the unarmed tag back, and allow it to be used without a melee weapon?
