belly of the beast unplayable

I had to redo my account and start over which is fine. I have been trying to get through Belly of the Beast for weeks. Crashes every time. This is ridiculous. And now no more sulphite is showing up so I can't even do that. No more contracts for Rogues Harbour. Any plans on fixing this? Ever?

I know what I have to do but the game crashes every time before I get anywhere near the 3.

And for the other point of over leveling, the problem is that as i keep trying to get through that level, i level up. I am not dying very often, just crashing. So I am at a pretty good level with no chance to advance the game as I can't get through that area. I made it once about a month ago. Killed the 3 then immediate crash before i could talk to Sin and advance. UGH.
