Golems take up all the audio channels

I am running a build that uses 18 golems.

Right now, having all of them around me, they simply overwhelm audio channels - even on high count - making at least half of the game sounds indiscernible, or unexpectedly stop playing in the middle of the audio cue. This makes a lot of the gameplay problematic, e.g. with avoiding inaudible on-death effects.

Golem sounds need to be culled just like skill effects.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.
