Invisible loot without FILTER

This started happening lately. Loot drops but disappears even without loot filter. Have to push L on Xbox controller to see it. This is new, wasn't there before. Playing on Xbox S Europe. There is nothing there in options that let's me fix it back to how it was. Hoping GGG can fix this.
