Server crash lost item

Dear GGG,

At 9 AM today, I received this item on the Frankfurt server (Verified Svalinn Girded Tower Shield), which is quite valuable. Shortly after, the server crashed and I couldn’t log back in, and the item disappeared from my inventory. I sent the link of the item to my friend to show what I received. I would like to know if there's any way I can recover the item.
