Remove searching exarch runes from t17 modes

Tell the person who came up with the idea to add in T17 Searching Exarch runes mod on delirium map to go and try playing with them himself. Let this genius just sit down and stream it, running at least 40–50 maps. Maybe then this game design genius will finally understand that when you add something, you need to test if it’s actually playable — not just throw in whatever you feel like.

Does seem like one of the worse ones. I think like most mods there are probably builds that are capable of running it easily, but it is one I tend to avoid or regret running if I've bitten of a bit too much on my map selection.
