Chest at Heist

Currently if you have caster mastery, the "25% chance to open nearby chests when you cast a spell" and if you have large enough area of effect, you can open chest behind locked doors (doors that need to be interacted by pressing v or doors that need to be opened by rogues) and that doesnt count toward alert level
