Crafting bench bugged?

While levelling a new character i became stat starved and went to craft int or dex on a belt.

Threw it in the bench and went to select the stat, only to realize the only stat i have is strength (3 ranks of it)
I had assumed that i missed unlocking it but the bench is only showing a few left from unique maps.

It also dose not make sense as they unlock as a batch usualy

Also realized as i type this that while you can get the stats to show up on other items or when the bench is empty, as soon as you put the belt in it only shows strength.

Not bugged - strength is the only attribute that can be benchcrafted onto a belt.
It's been like that for a long long time :)

Edit: Single attribute is strength only, but in Standard I can see the option for Strength/Int, Dex/Int and Str/Dex on belts.

Well that was a shit change, surely that isn't actually intended, just a long standing bug that never got fixed because it never got raised.
