Genie In a Bottle - Player selects one Unique Item

I would like to share a fun idea for an exceptionally rare item called "Genie In a Bottle." When the player opens the bottle, a Genie will emerge and ask a player to make a wish. The player can select one unique item they wish to have. Once used, the bottle disappears.

no, i meant a literal survey lol, think suggestion box.
you can find what uniques community likes best by looking at poeninja, or market prices. and im pretty sure GGG has even better ways of quantifying this metric.

what you described itt is the traveling trader encounter already present in the game

edit: riffing of-off this idea, if they set the drop rate to occur once daily/weekly on all servers the 'wish' could be sent directly to Jonathan/Mark in form of an email lol

*the item will poof after 24h of existence to prohibit accumulation/spam if the lamp will be tradable
