Provide Tier information for base types

When an item is normal rank, it's pretty easy to look at the required level to get a feel for the tier of the item's base type, but as soon as the item becomes magic or rare, when it is higher item level, that goes away due to the modifiers. It would be great to add something to the tool tip that communicates information about the Tier of the base type. There are just to many base types to have them all memorized.

Yeah, its become more important I think, with a lot of mechanics like expedition vendors. I think it is possible to do with your loot filter, but I can understand if you want something in-game that is more available. Visual indicator might be one thing they could do, or some sort of tiers.

I don't think GGG want more information on the items though. I still want to be able to have the item level on the item as an option, but they have never done this, apparently to not confuse new players with the lvl requirement.

I noticed ritual being able to use loot filter on the window. That seems pretty useful. Would be useful for expedition vendors as well.

I don't know the bases all that well, and often need to check the website or wiki. There is probably something that can be implemented that makes this easier and doesn't require memorising them all and their levels.
