Randoms crashes error 0xc0000005

Hey, it's been two weeks since I've been encountering several crashes in the game at random moments, mostly during mapping. Even when there aren't many projectiles, mobs, or other effects, I still crash randomly. The error code is '0xc0000005,' and I have no clue where it comes from.
I have 32GB RAM at 3600MHz, a Ryzen 7 5700X, and an AMD Radeon RX 6800.
I usually run all games without issues, including PoE during mapping, where I’m mostly above 100 FPS (I’ve played Forbidden Rite and now Kinetic Blast)

I tried to reinstall all of my GPU drivers, I did a memory test, i tried every config in-game as Vulkan / D12 / D11, i lowered my graphics etc nothing changes
