Blight stuck on top of Ore

The blight portals get stuck on top of ore making mobs stuck in the portal

As noted in the sticky thread, for QA to investigate issues such as this one, you need to use the /bug chat command while in that instance & include the number you get when posting on the forum.

This allows them to recreate your instance, so they can understand why the terrain generation failed in the manner that it did so they can make changes to it to prevent future reoccurrences.

And I did the /bug but forgot to post it!
