I get 10 FPS maximum in all the new content

what are your rig stats?
i've build an entirely new pc after 10 years few months ago
and sometimes when my content is juiced up really hard i drop below 60fps,

ryzen7 9800x3D
rx7900xtx
64gb ddram5 6000mhz

this game is just really bad optimized or by the way it was programmed.
same issue with games like guild wars 2 (they have an entire ocean under every map)

I lose 10 fps in hideout just from the new memory portal graphics.

Hamster computer makes it easy to notice the troublesome areas.
