[Co-Op][UI][Character Skills / Passives] render issues

Interrupting PX from PY when allocating either skills or points makes it so that outside of opening Inventory, PY can no longer use LB / RB to change tabs between Skills, Character, Gems etc.

I have yet to find a way to consistently trigger and replicate this, but the one I think I noticed the most when playing Co-Op is that if P1 is allocating a point and P2 accidentally hits a button that forces P1 UI to close, then P2 and/or P1 no longer can navigate outside the Inventory tab with their character.

Additionally, upgrading or allocating a Gem is still possible, but once the gem is in your inventory, if you try to assign it, it is either auto-assigned and no UI triggers, or for support gems, the support gem is "picked up" and the UI "blue-ghost hand" wants you to assign it somewhere, but there is no gem allocation UI or any UI other than the game rendered.

The only way to fix this is to Exit to Main character selection and enter again.
