Black screen when launching from steam

I used to play the game late 2024 and it was working fine, and I reinstalled it recently but whenever I launch the game it shows a black screen in game and I can hear the menu sounds and it crashes after 10-20 seconds, solution I tried:

- dx11/dx12/vulkan and none worked
- graphics drivers up to date
- making sure the game is using my laptop's right gpu
- deleting the configs in Documents/MyGames/Path of Exile
- deleting %AppData%/Path of Exile
- rebooting
- verifying files integrity
- reinstalling

I opened the logs after one of the crashed and at the very end it showed error: 0x887a0001
