Queen Hyrri Ngamaku Stuck and Unkillable

Had two similar experiences recently. One time she was on a set of stairs, unkillable during the breaking period of the interaction.

This time, I was able to release her, but when I brought her life to 0, she didn't disappear. The legion music stopped, but she won't leave and drop anything.

Bump, at least 30% of the time that Hyrri spawns in the legion encounter, she is not able to be damaged. She doesn't even need to be on stairs or somewhere awkward, she gets bugged in the wide open in maps like City Square too.
