Infinite loading screen xbox

I was entering the chimeral wetlands and now i have infinite loading screen and the funny thing is i normally entered the location before to grab the waypoint and left to previous location. I Play on xbox series x and i guess i have to make a new character

A similar problem, the map does not load on the second day, the same problem with the Ket map, it starts after several attempts. Apparently, developers are least interested in this problem. In fact, the character is lost with all the progress. What do you want from "Preview version"

Encountered the same issue.

I exclusively play couch coop, and I (we) never encountered the issue with our character being voided. In my case, when the loading screen was taking longer than 8 to 10 seconds and Quit the game from P1 account and restart.

We always started instanced in the targeted Waypoint before the "infinite" loading issue.

Adding on my answer above, when in Cruel Acts taking waypoints ends up in infinite loading screens and restarting the game does not help, you are stuck in an infinite loading screen.

There seem to be 2 ways to break out of it:

1- In character selection start a game session with a different character that initiated the travel. When the character ends up in intended travel target, exit and start a game session with your original character. This solution works well for couch co-op since we have 2 characters with the same progression! I don't know how it works for solo players.

2- Restart your Xbox. Yes, you read that right.

Overall it seems to have something to do with Cruel acts which might not be worth too much looking into since they will not be there when the game fully releases, but, it also seems to have something with Xbox specifically. This is just an assumption from my side but I noticed the problem happens more often when Quick Resume launches the game, rather than when the game is started normally.
