Steam Achievement - Dream within a Dream

Hi Team,
The Dream within a Dream achievement is not working. It is not triggering. I have managed to drop a unique map in the unique map from below: Regular Mob Boss Chest Incubator None triggered the achievement. Please look into it. Cheers Last bumped on Aug 13, 2025, 9:16:42 AM

Playing on steam and just came across this bug as well, was doing Caer Blaidd and got Hallowed Ground to drop from the boss and neither the steam or in-game achievement popped.
