Stuttering 3060

Hi i have a problem with this game i have
Rtx3060
I5 10400f
And 16gb RAM
In map i have like 50/60fps and its ok, when i start a ritual or a delirium i drop to 1 fps for like 5/10 seconds and its impossibile to play like this, ok i dont have a 20849282€ of PC but, its possibile to have like 20/30fps? Just for try to pla... Any TIPS?

The default keybind for Path of Exile's in-game performance metrics is F1.

Please enable those, then the next time you attempt such content, take a screenshot while the game client is stuck on 1 FPS. Then we'll better understand why the game client is choking, which is necessary for giving suitable advice. Otherwise we'd just be guessing. :)

I tried to screenshot but the real problema Is with Alva strategy with beyond and delirium, i dont undersrand Witch type of CPU we Need to sustain this strategy but its very delusional with like 1.5k/2k PC i cant run everything, anyone have any tips for what cpu is Better in this game? Like ryzen? I7 14600k? Because i have i5 14600k and i dont undersrand the problem, got in every game with ultra Settings 150/180fps but on poe with Alva i go to 200ms on CPU and 1 fps 😅

Have you tried using different renderers? Like swapping from DX8 to vulcan, etc.

What setting combinations have you tweaked with?
