Runegraft of Recompense and Replica Voidwalker +1 Chain Phasing not working

Using Runegraft of Recompense alongside Replica Voidwalker with sources of phasing(quartz flask and haste phasing watchers eye) for the +1 projectile chain doesnt work to recover mana with the runegraft.

tested with snakepit for spells it also doesnt work

using phasing flask also doesnt enable the replica voidwalker +1 projectile chain unlike phasing from haste watchers eye mod
